📦 When will my order be shipped?

We typically process and dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

✈️ Standard Airmail (default for retail orders)

All regular online orders are shipped via international airmail, using trusted logistics partners such as ePacket, postal tracked parcels, or economy express lines.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇺🇸 United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe (Germany, France, UK): 8–18 business days

  • 🇸🇦 Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE): 10–20 business days

  • 🌎 Other regions: 12–25 business days

📌 Note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or peak seasons.

🚢 Sea Freight (for bulk/wholesale orders only)

For large-volume or B2B orders, we offer sea shipping (FCL/LCL) from China.

Estimated transit times by sea:

  • 🇺🇸 North America: 25–35 days

  • 🇪🇺 Europe: 30–45 days

  • 🇸🇦 Middle East: 20–35 days

  • 🌏 Southeast Asia: 7–15 days

Sea freight delivery time excludes origin processing and customs clearance.

🧵 Are your products handmade?

Yes! All of our arrangements are handmade with care using real dried or preserved flowers. Each piece is unique and may slightly differ from the product photos.

⚠️ What if my item arrives with slight damage or shedding?

Due to the fragile nature of dried and preserved flowers, minor shedding or breakage is normal during transit and not considered damage. We use protective packaging to minimize the risk.

🎨 Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we accept custom or bulk orders!
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss design, colors, pricing, and timeline. Custom orders placed without prior agreement may be delayed or canceled.

🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

We only accept returns or exchanges for severely damaged or defective items.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Minor damage or shedding

  • Change of mind

  • Items customized upon request

🧾 Will I have to pay import taxes or customs fees?

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

📫 My package is delayed or lost—what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We’ll help track the shipment and work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
